Non-Executive Commercial Board Director

Welsh Netball is currently recruiting for an ambitious Non Executive Commercial Director to join its Board as it seeks to further build on its recent successes.

Welsh Netball is at an exciting time in its development; with a fast-growing membership base and with the Wales senior team reaching 7th in the world rankings; Wales’ highest position in the sports history, the future is very bright! Welsh Netball has also generated a range of media interest from a variety of organisations, including the BBC and Sky with live streaming becoming more and more in demand. Welsh Netball’s franchise in the Vitality Netball Superleague, Celtic Dragons, is an established brand in women’s sport and has scope for significantly more commercial development. This voluntary directorship would involve 6 meetings per year, typically taking place at the Sport Wales National Centre, Cardiff. It would be for a term of two years and has a three-term limit.
