I first entered the Welsh Netball system at 14 years old when I was a member of the U17 team. Since then I’ve represented Wales at U15 level and at 15 years old I was asked to join the Under 21 team in preparation for World Youth cup in 2013. I attended the Northern Cup and Netball Europe, gaining my first under 21 caps before attending World Youth Cup in Glasgow 2013 at 16 years old. I’m currently a member of the Under 21 squad after representing the under 19s and under 21s in the last few years. In the summer of 2015 I was named in the Wales Senior long squad for World Cup. I’m currently a member of the long squad that will head to the Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast next April 2018.  It was an honour to Captain the U21 team at the Netball World Youth Cup 2017 in Botswana.
